Each De Cillia Amplification amplifier is warranted to the original purchaser to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for ten years from the date of purchase from an authorized De Cillia dealer.

This Warranty shall apply provided that:

• Problems are not the result of misuse, abuse, tampering, circuit modification, improper voltage, improper tube installation, spilled liquids, or attempt to repair by purchaser or a non-authorized service center; any of these will void the warranty.

• The amplifier is shipped to De Cillia Amplification in the original packing materials, or materials of equal quality, with freight paid by the purchaser. If the amplifier failure is covered by the warranty, the purchaser freight fees will be refunded.
